Free Consultation

That’s correct, a free consultation! This is where I come to meet you when you are available. The consultation is a great way to get to know one another and answer any pending questions you may have about mobile personal training and what to expect from me as a personal trainer. This will allow us to discuss your goals, when you are available to train during the week, current/past injuries, how often you workout and want to workout, available equipment and to go over the MacNificent Fitness contract.

Training Options

1 on 1 Training

Keeping it short, this is you and your trainer. You receive 100% of my attention and a personalized program designed to your goals and fitness assessment results.

Partner Training (Two People)

Where you and a partner (husband or wife, work colleague or best friend) with similar or different goals train together with the trainer. You can expect personalized programs designed to your goals and fitness assessment results.

Partner training can help boost one’s self confidence, can create healthy competition and keep one motivated towards their goals. It is a FUN way to workout and why not get EXTRA support along the way.

Semi Private Training (Three People Max)

Why not make exercise more FUN when training with 2 other individuals (chosen by you) with similar goals as yourself!!! Semi private training is more affordable than 1 on 1 training and it is a great way to stay motivated towards your goals. You can expect personalized programs designed to your goals and fitness assessment results.

Semi private training can help boost one’s self confidence, can create healthy competition and keep one motivated towards their goals by continuous support and encouragement from the group.

**IN THE EVENT THAT THERE IS A FOURTH PERSON, SMALL GROUP TRAINING FEES WILL APPLY AND THE PROGRAMS WILL BE HALF PERSONALIZED AND HALF GROUP EXERCISE**
